Abstract

The outbreak of Covid-19 in 2019 hit almost all parts of the world. This condition has various negative impacts on human life, both in the political, economic and educational sectors in particular, experiencing a huge impact. Based on these problems, it does not mean that educational institutions are discouraged from improving the public image of educational institutions. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the strategy of Public Relations in improving the public image of educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study uses a literature study approach which is a data collection technique by conducting a review study of literature studies, books and reports related to the problems to be solved. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Public Relations can use several strategies to improve the public image of educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by
