Abstract

The lecturer is a lecturer in college. In the definition of lecturer in a large way, lecturers are professional education and scientists with the main task, developing and disseminating science, technology and the art of teaching through education, research and community service. Looking for Criteria for the best lecturers to be recruited by the University so they can meet the admission requirements for prospective lecturers who will teach at Pahlawan Bangkinang University. In the recruitment research of new lecturers, general data that is flexible in the sense of which can be added in the form of acceptance requirements in the form of Masters education such as Master's Diploma, Curriculum Vitae, Transcript Value, Work Experience Letter, TOUFL Score, Interview and Skill TestThe results of this study are able to facilitate the application of a decision support system in the form of the Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making Method (FMCDM) in order to produce the best candidates from the most recent lecturer candidates so that they can effectively solve the problem of recruiting prospective lecturers.
