Abstract

Financial reports are the financial data and information of an organization or company produced over a specific period. Financial data processing at Rumah Ide Coffee uses Microsoft Excel, but data input often encounters obstacles, resulting in a relatively long timeframe or even incomplete reports. The purpose of this study is to simplify the management of financial data and facilitate the creation of income and expense reports, resulting in significantly better financial reports. This study uses a qualitative research method where data will be analyzed systematically. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation from observations. This system is designed to generate financial information and facilitate the creation of more effective and efficient financial reports on Rumah Ide Coffee's web-based platform. The revenue monitoring system at Rumah Ide Coffee is accessible via the web, making it easier to monitor increases and decreases in company revenue. This research helps in the creation of effective and efficient financial reports, facilitating easy and accurate access and presentation of financial reports, and minimizing errors.
