The Village Government is a government agency tasked with regulating and managing resources at the village level and is responsible for administering population administration at the village level. In this era of technological advancement, government agencies at the village level need to implement computerized and automated data processing to provide timely and accurate information. The research methodology used in this study includes observation, interviews, and a literature review. The observation method used was a visit and observation at the Helvetia Village Office, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. Interviews were used to complement observations obtained through interviews with staff. A literature review was used to support the completion of this research report. This population data administration service information system uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and a database. Based on these problems, a web-based Population Administration Service Information System was developed equipped with a population database to facilitate village officials in recording population data.
