Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the times is inseparable from information and communication technology. One of the rapid advances in technology is the use of e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to create an E-commerce-based website as an additional promotional media and help to improve the quality of sales at Tonga coffee shops. In this study using the action research method with research procedures consisting of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to the analysis unit consisting of 2 marketing experts, 1 business owner and admin, and 3 prospective consumers. The results of this study can be concluded that the Tonga Coffee Shop E-commerce website still uses manual promotions carried out by distributing brochures. So that it can complicate the promotion of Tonga Coffee Shop, then an e-commerce was created that can promote its products and can improve the quality of sales services for prospective consumers. In conclusion, this system was designed to enhance the promotion of Tonga coffee, with the aim of attracting more customers and expanding market reach. This application was created to make it easier for customers to access information about the products and services offered by Tonga Coffee. This system greatly simplifies transactions and payments for MSMEs like Tonga Coffee.
