Perancangan Sisitem Informasi Persediaan Bahan Baku Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Rama Kopi Berbasis Web

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to data management to be more efficient and accurate. Rama Kopi, a coffee and ready-to-eat food business, still records raw materials manually, resulting in frequent stockouts due to the lack of regular checks. Based on these issues, this study formulates two main problems: how to design an effective web-based raw material inventory information system, and how this system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of raw material checking at Rama Kopi. The purpose of this study is to produce a raw material inventory information system that can assist officers in recording, monitoring, and reporting stock in real time. This study uses an object-oriented approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the designed system is able to automate the process of recording incoming and outgoing raw materials, display stock reports quickly, and minimize human error. In conclusion, the implementation of a web-based raw material inventory information system can improve operational efficiency and data accuracy at Rama Kopi. It is recommended that the system be continuously developed with automatic notification features and sales data integration to support more optimal stock management.
