The rapid development of information technology, particularly the internet, has encouraged organizations to gradually replace manual information management with technology-based systems that can be accessed through websites. The spare parts ordering process at Devi Service Workshop is still carried out manually, which often causes various problems such as stock data discrepancies, delays in ordering, and difficulties in generating reports. These issues affect operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. To address these problems, this study aims to design and develop a Spare Parts Ordering Information System for Devi Service Workshop. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The results of this study produced a web-based information system capable of managing spare parts ordering data in an integrated manner, including recording incoming and outgoing goods, processing orders to suppliers, and generating ordering and transaction reports that can be accessed in real time by the workshop owner. The implementation of the system makes the ordering management process faster, more accurate, and more transparent, thereby improving workshop performance and providing convenience for administrators, owners, and suppliers.
