Perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat salah satunya adalah internet, sudah saatnya pengolahan informasi manual berangsur-angsur tergantikan dengan pengolahan informasi teknologi yang dapat diperoleh melalui website. Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja Indonesia Imelda Medan dalam proses pencatatan penerimaan kas masuk dan kas keluar masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan tingkat keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan. Perancangan sistem informasi penerimaan kas masuk dan kas keluar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja Indonesia Imelda Medan mempermudah pekerjaan karyawan kasir dalam melakukan penginputan kas masuk dan kas keluar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data rekapitulasi penerimaan kas masuk dan kas keluar yang dilakukan oleh karyawan kasir. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu karyawan kasir dalam mengolah data, melakukan proses pencatatan kas masuk dan kas keluar dengan baik sehingga mempercepat waktu dan meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan pada saat penginputan data. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Kas Masuk dan Kas Keluar Berbasis Web. Sistem informasi penerimaan kas masuk dan keluar ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan dalam proses penyimpanannya menggunakan basis data MySQL. Perancangan sistem informasi ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat jangka pendek, tetapi juga mendukung proses pencatatan sistem informasi penerimaan kas masuk dan keluar di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Workers Indonesia, Medan.

Current technological developments have advanced rapidly and brought significant changes, because information can be accessed quickly and without time and place limitations. This has the potential to cause errors in the input process. The system development uses the UML method as a tool to analyze the system to be created. The programming language used is PHP, with MySQL as the database management. This study aims to design and build a web-based financial management application for the RSU IPI Medan cooperative. This application can be used as a self-service financial information system management and provides detailed financial income and expenditure information and manages data related to Imelda's financial income and expenditure systematically. The benefits of this application are to facilitate the financial management of the RSU IPI cooperative and provide accurate information about finances related to financial management. This web-based Imelda cooperative management application was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. Test results using the Testing test, show that the system management can run according to its function and the system can manage the finances of the RSU IPI Cooperative and provide good and accurate information.

The process of distributing social assistance from sub-districts to date, especially in Pulo Brayan Darat 1 village, still uses manual. By designing a web-based Information System for the Distribution of Social Assistance Funds, it is hoped that it can increase efficiency, transparency and effectiveness in the distribution of social assistance funds, as well as providing real benefits for people in need. This research uses data to prepare social assistance funds. The method used is a qualitative method. Research Methodology. To obtain the data needed in this writing, the following research method was used: Field Research. This research was carried out directly in the field to obtain the necessary data. In this case, the author made direct observations regarding web-based social assistance fund distribution activities at the Pulo Brayan Darat sub-district office. 1. Library Research. The research was carried out based on literature or theoretical in nature, which was carried out by reading books and lecture materials related to this research. Manual processes do not support mobility and the availability of real-time information. In certain cases where a student or guardian wants to make a payment outside of school hours, the manual process becomes a significant obstacle. This also has an impact on the school's responsiveness to changing needs or payment requests from students or parents, therefore it is replaced with a computerized system. The purpose of designing a web-based tuition payment information system for Imelda Private Middle School, Medan. This aims to simplify the process of collecting tuition payment information at Imelda Private Middle School, Medan. This study uses data to compile school fee payments, the method used is a qualitative method, Interview Data Collection Method Visiting school administrative staff, teachers to conduct structured interviews to understand the needs and problems that need to be addressed in the payment system. Literature Study a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording, and managing research materials. Observation Method: Conducting direct observation of the ongoing payment process at the school to identify any problems or inefficiencies.
