The development of information technology has had a significant impact on data management in various fields, including the health sector. The Sufi Sehat Main Clinic still uses a manual system for recording drug and consumable medical supplies, which often causes various problems such as recording errors, delays in data updates, and difficulties in accurately monitoring inventory levels. These problems impact the suboptimal process of healthcare services to patients. Based on this, this study aims to design and build a web-based drug and consumable medical supplies information system that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management at the Sufi Sehat Main Clinic. The designed system provides various features, such as drug data management, recording incoming and outgoing goods, and generating automatic and accurate inventory reports. The system development method is carried out in stages and structured, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. The results of the study indicate that the information system built is able to minimize recording errors, accelerate the reporting process, and assist management in decision-making regarding drug and medical supplies procurement. With the implementation of this system, inventory management becomes more accurate, transparent, and accountable, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services at the Sufi Sehat Main Clinic.

Apotik Tanuma Sindar Raya is a healthcare business unit engaged in the sale of medicines. Currently, daily operations—such as recording sales transactions, managing medicine inventory, and generating financial reports—are performed manually. This approach leads to several issues, including delays in report generation, errors in transaction recording, and difficulties in monitoring stock levels. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to facilitate transaction recording and the accurate, automated preparation of financial reports. This research aims to design and develop a web-based cashier and financial reporting application tailored to the needs of Apotik Tanuma Sindar Raya. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, interviews with pharmacy staff, and a literature review. The technologies employed in developing the system include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface; PHP with the Laravel framework for the backend; and MySQL for the database. The outcome of this research is a web-based cashier application featuring key functions such as medicine data management, sales transaction recording, and automated financial report generation. The application helps streamline pharmacy operations, reduces the risk of recording errors, and assists management in making informed decisions based on the available financial reports. With the implementation of this system, Apotik Tanuma Sindar Raya is expected to improve its service quality and overall business management.

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including business and services. The use of technology is key to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Catering Koki Batak Medan, as one of the MSMEs in the catering sector, still faces obstacles in promotion and order management because the system used is still manual and limited to social media. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based marketing information system that can assist in managing promotions, orders, and sales reporting digitally and in a structured manner. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was developed using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study indicate that the web-based marketing information system can simplify the promotion process, expand customer reach, and improve transaction recording efficiency. This system also allows for automatic management of customer data and sales reports, thus helping to make more appropriate marketing decisions. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a web-based marketing information system can improve the effectiveness of promotions and sales at Catering Koki Batak Medan. The next suggestion for developers is to add online payment features and integration with social media to expand marketing reach.

The development of *songket* weaving in North Sumatra reflects a rich cultural heritage and traditional craftsmanship that warrants preservation. The Tarutung Siregar *Songket* Weaving business faces challenges regarding manual sales recording, resulting in data inaccuracies and delayed reporting. This study aims to design an integrated, computerized sales accounting information system based on Visual Basic .NET. Research methods employed for data collection included observation, interviews, and a literature review. Testing was conducted using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach to ensure that all system functions operate correctly and meet user requirements. An evaluation was carried out in collaboration with the finance department to assess the system's effectiveness. The results indicate that the developed system enhances work efficiency, accelerates the reporting process, and minimizes processing errors for the Siregar *songket* weaving business.The results indicate that the developed system enhances the efficiency of sales recording, minimizes data errors, and accelerates the preparation of financial reports. The system supports improved decision-making in business management and is applicable to other MSMEs.

Previously, the management of laboratory consumables and inventory at the Undergraduate Medicine Study Program, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universitas Imelda Medan, was conducted manually. This approach led to various issues, such as recording delays, administrative errors, and difficulties in obtaining accurate information quickly. These problems resulted in suboptimal inventory management and issues regarding the availability of laboratory supplies. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing laboratory consumables and inventory, capable of supporting the recording, control, and structured reporting of inventory data. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was employed, comprising the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. System design utilized Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and interface designs to illustrate system workflows and user requirements. The results indicate that the developed inventory information system facilitates the recording of incoming and outgoing items, manages category and user data, and generates accurate, real-time stock reports. The implementation of this system renders laboratory inventory management more effective and efficient while reducing the recording errors that frequently occurred in the past.

An inventory is a list containing all assets owned by an organization whether a company, school, hospital, or government agency that are essential for its smooth operational functioning. Inventory data management involves recording item details and assigning unique identifiers to existing assets. The aim of this study is to ensure that inventory recording at Karya Bakti Ujung Bandar General Hospital becomes more accurate, precise, and easy to perform; therefore, an inventory information system was designed to track and monitor the location of every item. This study employs a qualitative method involving systematic data analysis. System design utilized tools such as Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), with implementation carried out using PHP and MySQL via XAMPP. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, document analysis, and data analysis. The study conducted at RSU Karya Bakti Ujung Bandar facilitates the creation of effective and efficient inventory reports, thereby simplifying accurate report access and presentation while minimizing errors and streamlining inventory data processing.
