Pharmacies play an important role as providers of medicines and health services to the community. The design of the drug sales and purchase information system at Hasan Farma Ujung Tanjung Pharmacy aims to improve the quality of pharmacy sales and purchases, reduce recording errors, speed up service to customers, and provide accurate reports for decision-making. This drug sales and purchase information system is designed using the PHP (hypertext preprocessor) programming language with MySQL as a database to store drug data, transactions, and stocks. This process involves several key steps in the design and implementation of information systems. First, compile an efficient database structure to store transaction data in an organized manner. Views for reports that make it easier for users to access and analyze data. Then, a template is created for the report that ensures consistency and ease of presentation of information. The final stage includes testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Generated. Through these steps, sales and purchase reports can be generated quickly, accurately, and easily understood. The results of the information system show a significant improvement in operational efficiency, such as the availability of notifications of expired drugs, expired drugs and an increase in the accuracy of drug stocks. Overall, the design of this information system not only provides short-term benefits, but also supports the growth and competitiveness of Hasan Farma Pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry.

Budget is an important stage in an organization. Preparing a budget helps organizations control and evaluatein achievinggoals. Thein effective eness of a budget will resultin the failure of previously planned activity programs. The aim of this research is to provide a budget processing system design that can help users to manage their budgets more efficiently and effectively. This research uses qualitative (observation, interviews, and literature methods). The system was built using Visual Basic, with a MySQL database. The result of this research is the creation of an information system that can assist in the management of budget processing at the public kitchen of the Medan Imelda Foundation (RSU IPI). This system makes it easier to create budget reports and helps determine the budget amount accurately, because it can reduce the potential for errors. The conclusion of this research is that the budget management system using Vb-Net can be used to input shopping lists, budget data and present reports on the computer, so we must use a password so that it cannot be accessed by unauthorized people who could cause data loss.

The increasingly rapid development of the times is inseparable from information and communication technology. One of the rapid advances in technology is the use of e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to create an E-commerce-based website as an additional promotional media and help to improve the quality of sales at Tonga coffee shops. In this study using the action research method with research procedures consisting of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to the analysis unit consisting of 2 marketing experts, 1 business owner and admin, and 3 prospective consumers. The results of this study can be concluded that the Tonga Coffee Shop E-commerce website still uses manual promotions carried out by distributing brochures. So that it can complicate the promotion of Tonga Coffee Shop, then an e-commerce was created that can promote its products and can improve the quality of sales services for prospective consumers. In conclusion, this system was designed to enhance the promotion of Tonga coffee, with the aim of attracting more customers and expanding market reach. This application was created to make it easier for customers to access information about the products and services offered by Tonga Coffee. This system greatly simplifies transactions and payments for MSMEs like Tonga Coffee.

The development of the information system era is very much needed in various fields, especially in government agencies related to data and fund management in the distribution of cash assistance directly to the village treasury. To assist officers in conveying information, the existence of an information system can facilitate the collection of required information quickly and accurately. The method used is a qualitative method through analysis by observing the running system, interviews, analyzing research results, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. The purpose of designing a state budget expenditure information system is to design an application used to manage and monitor the use of village funds. This application aims to increase transparency and accountability in computerized village fund management to accelerate APBDes data collection and prevent manual recording errors. This system includes features such as budget planning, recording actual expenditures, monitoring, budgeting, and financial report generation. The result of this research is to produce a Village Fund Expenditure Information System at the Pulo Brayan Darat 1 Village Office Based on VB.NET. The information system built can meet user needs well, has good quality such as strong security, improves the quality of performance at the Pulo Brayan Darat 1 Sub-district Office with various needs analysis, uses the Visual Basic programming language in the storage process using a VB.NET-based MySql database.

A financial information system is an information system designed to provide information about money needs for users throughout the company. The financial information system is part of the MIS which is used to solve company financial problems. In general, financial information systems have an entry system consisting of a data processing subsystem supported by an internal audit subsystem which provides internal data and information. Large companies usually have internal auditors on staff. like other subsystems, this system is also equipped with a financial intelligence subsystem, which collects information from the environment. Currently the West Subdistrict Office uses a WEB BASED system, with a MySQL database. This research aims to produce a financial management information system that is faster, more effective, effective and efficient at the West sub-district office. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, literature study and interviews. The results of this research are to make it easier for the West sub-district office in the financial management process, assisting in the process of data input, data searching, and money data reports, minimizing errors and optimizing data security. The conclusion is that the current system, although not experiencing many errors in its implementation, either in terms of data recording or calculations, but the speed and accuracy of the data will be better if a new computer-based system is implemented.

The management of patient meal budget at Imelda Indonesian Workers General Hospital currently relies on a manual system. This has the potential to cause various problems such as calculation errors, delays in decision-making, and the risk of data loss. This study aims to design and develop a Patient Meal Budget Recapitulation Information System using VB.Net in an effort to improve the efficiency of patient meal budget management. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. This research was conducted at IPI Hospital, Nutrition Installation Room. The results of this study are expected to produce an information system that can input, process, and present meal budget data in a structured and accurate manner. Thus, it is expected to support better decision-making in the management of patient meal budgets at Imelda Indonesian Workers General Hospital. The conclusion is that the information system for recapitulating the patient food expenditure budget currently running at IPI Hospital still uses a manual system, resulting in a process that takes a long time, is prone to errors, and is difficult to track expenditure.
