SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA PERAWAT MENGGUNAKAN METODE SAW (SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING) (STUDI KASUS: RS.COLUMBIA ASIA)
Abstrak
Columbia Asia Hospital is a hospital that is a center for health services at the Medan city level and its surroundings. In determining the order of performance evaluation of nurses, the leadership ranks still use the conventional method, where the assessment is only based on the elements of a list of job performance
appraisals, where a list of job performance appraisals, where a list of assessments of the implementation of a nurse's work is a list that contains the results of an assessment of the implementation of a nurse's work in a period of one year with an assessment weight (0-100) then the total number is divided by the number of elements. This assessment is still subjective in that the leader assesses based on guesswork, tastes and feelings of the leader towards the assessed. One alternative to avoid the subjective assessment is to use a model for determining the performance of nurses based on the criteria set by the leadership ranks of the Columbia Asia Hospital. Decisions taken according to expectations are assisted by using one of the decision-making methods, namely SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The SAW method is often also known as the weighted addition method. The basic concept of the saw method is to find the weighted sum
of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes.
