EFFECTIVENESS OF PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION (PMR) WITH MOZART’S CLASSIC MUSIC ON BLOOD PRESSURE TO PATIENT CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD) WITH INTRADIALYTIC HYPERTENSION (IDH)

Abstrak

Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) dapat berkembang menjadi end stage renal disease (ESRD) yang memerlukan terapi hemodialisis. Akan tetapi, dapat menimbulkan komplikasi intradialytic hypertension (IDH) dimana suatu keadadaan tekanan darah pre-HD >140/90 mmHg atau tekanan darah post-HD >130/80 mmHg. Oleh sebab itu, direkomendasikan penggabungan terapi PMR dengan  musik klasik mozart. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektivitas pada terapi kombinasi tersebut terhadap tekanan darah. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan uji deskriptif, paired t test dan independent t test. Dengan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan sample didapatkan sample sebanyak 38 responden dengan dibagi ke kelompok intervensi dan kontrol di unit hemodialisis RSUD Tarakan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap SBP (p value <0.001) dan DBP (p value <0.001)  pada kelompok intervensi, SBP (p value <0.001) dan DBP (p value = 0.003) pada kelompok kontrol, serta terdapat perbedaan SBP post-HD (p value <0.001) dan DBP post-HD (p value <0.001) terhadap terapi PMR dengan musik klasik mozart pada kedua kelompok. Pada kelompok intevensi, terjadi penurunan SBP dan DBP, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatkan SBP dan DBP. Oleh karena itu, terapi kombinasi ini dapat menjadi terapi komplementer pada pasien GGK dengan IDH untuk menstabilkan tekanan darah terutama saat intradialisis.
