Efektivitas Model Edukasi M-Chat berbasis ChatGPT untuk Pendeteksian Autis pada Anak

Abstrak

Pendeteksian dini autism pada anak usia 16-30 bulan sangat penting untuk intervensi tepat waktu dan peningkatan kualitas perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model edukasi M-CHAT berbasis ChatGPT untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orangtua dan pendampingan pengisian Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT). Model ini dirancang sebagai asisten interaktif yang memberikan penjelasan mengenai autism, fungsi M-CHAT dan panduan pengisian mandiri serta interpretasi awal hasil skrining. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post test pada 60 orangtua responden. Instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner likert 1-5 yang mengukur tiga domain yaitu pengetahuan tentang autism dan M-CHAT, kemampuan pengisian secara mandiri serta kepuasan dan usability model. Analisis validitas menggunakan korelasi Pearson, reliabilitas dengan Crobach’s alpha dan efektivitas diuji melalui paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua item kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Skor rata-rata pre tes pada domain pengetahuan, pengisian dan usability meningkat signifikan pada post test (p < 0.001). sehingga, model edukasi M-CHAT berbasis ChatGPT efektif meningkatkan pemahaman orangtua, kemampuan pengisian madiri, dan kepuasan pengguna dan dapat dijadikan alat bantu untuk skrining autism dini
