  2. Journal Ji-SOMBA does not accept manuscripts via email. Manuscripts must be submitted through the web / Open Journal System (OJS) system. For those who have never registered, please register first.

  4. The length of the manuscript is expected not to exceed 10 pages.

  5. Writing the manuscript must follow the rules provided in the Login Journal template. Please download the Ji-SOMBA Template at this link.

  6. Writing the script is suggested with the following structural sections: Introduction - Research Methods - System Design (optional) - Results and Discussion - Conclusion. Clear theorems don't need to be written down, just cited them when needed. Evidence or theory that is not yet clear, which the author clarifies by developing it can be added after the Introduction.

  7. Citation and bibliography are used preferably in the last 5 years and come from reputable journals. The bibliography of the journal is at least 80% of what is written.

  8. When submitting manuscripts, it is also obligatory to submit a publication ethics statement and copyright agreement. More detailed publication ethics can be found at this link. Such publication ethics statements are expected to be read, followed, and signed before submission. The publication ethics statement can be downloaded at this link. while the copyright agreement can be downloaded at this link.

  9. Each manuscript in the Ji-SOMBA Journal will be reviewed by a reviewer using a double-blind review system. All review processes are carried out online via a web system and the development of the manuscript can be monitored by the author through the web system.

  10. The time each manuscript starts to be sent until it is declared accepted by the editorial staff will not be the same depending on the review process of each manuscript. Editors cannot guarantee a definite publication time when a new manuscript is submitted by the author.

  11. Examination and print editing is done by editors and/or by involving the author. An editorial can cancel the loading of manuscripts that are already in printed form if they are found to have problems.

  12. Anything related to licensing for citation or use of computer software for the production of manuscripts or other matters related to intellectual property rights carried out by the writer of the script, along with any legal consequences that may arise because of it, is the full responsibility of the manuscript writing.
