Postpartum depression is a mental health issue frequently experienced by mothers after childbirth, impacting their quality of life, the mother-infant relationship, and child development. Women with disabilities face a higher risk of postpartum depression due to limited access to mental health services. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of digital platform-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in reducing postpartum depression symptoms among women with disabilities in Medan City. Methods: A quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach was employed. The study sample consisted of 21 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Depression levels were measured using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). The digital platform-based CBT intervention was administered over a period of eight weeks. Results: Prior to the intervention, all respondents fell into the moderate risk category for postpartum depression; however, following the intervention, all respondents fell into the non-depressed category. The mean depression score decreased from 11.76 to 3.62 (p=0.0001). Conclusion: Digital platform-based CBT proved effective in reducing symptoms of postpartum depression and holds potential as an accessible, inclusive mental health service innovation for women with disabilities.
