HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19
AbstractThe Covid 19 pandemic has a significant impact on human survival, one of the impacts is the learning process. The learning process has completely changed from larynx to online and this needs adaptation for all students who have never been familiar with online learning methods, this will have an impact on student motivation during the learning process. Therefore, family support is very important for students during their child's learning process. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family support and student learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used is correlation analytic, with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all level 4 students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University Nurse Study Program with a total of 85 peoples and the sampling technique used total sampling. Data collection tools for family support and student motivation to study using a research questionnaire and analyzed with the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results showed that the majority of family support was moderate (43.5%), while the majority of students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic was moderate (43.5%) and there was a significant relationship between family support and student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. p-value 0.000 (p <0.05) and has a very strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.787. So it can be concluded that the higher family support, the higher the student's motivation to learn during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended for families to monitor and motivate children's enthusiasm in participating in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic
