BEBAN PERAWATAN, KESIAPAN MERAWAT, DAN KECEMASAN PADA FAMILY CAREGIVER ANAK DENGAN KANKER DI INDONESIA
Abstrak
Latar belakang: family caregiver (FC) anak dengan kanker mengalami berbagai tekanan psikologis. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara beban perawatan dan kesiapan merawat terhadap kecemasan family caregiver anak dengan kanker. Metode: desain pada penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Kami merekrut 127 subjek penelitian dari ruang rawat inap dan rawat jalan di Pusat Kanker Nasional Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais, Jakarta dari bulan Maret hingga April 2023 dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Kecemasan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi tekanan psikologis family Caregiver anak dengan kanker di identifikasi dengan instrumen Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) dan Preparedness for Caregiving Scale (PCS). Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan binary logistic regression. Hasil: dari 132 family caregiver yang direkrut untuk penelitian ini pada tahap awal, 127 family caregiver menyelesaikan pengisian kuesioner penelitian dimana mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan, berusia antara 18-45 tahun, lulusan pendidikan menengah, memiliki penghasilan lebih dari sama dengan cukup, merawat anak dengan resiko tinggi, berada di rawat jalan atau poli anak, mengalami beban perawatan kategori ringan, mengatakan tidak siap memberikan perawatan kepada anak dengan kanker, dan mengalami kecemasan kategori ringan.Tingkat kecemasan family caregiver cenderung dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh usia (18-45 tahun) (p=0,004), kategori kanker (p=0,018) dan beban perawatan (0,001). Kesimpulan: semakin berat beban perawatan dan ketidak siap family caregiver dalam memberikan perawatan kepada anak dengan kanker maka tingkat kecemasan akan meningkat. Saran: diperlukannya merancang dan menargetkan intervensi psikososial untuk mengurangi beban perawatan, meningkatkan kesiapan merawat yang dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan family caregiver.
