Abstrak

Penyakit tidak menular, khususnya diabetes melitus dan hipertensi, membutuhkan pengelolaan jangka panjang dan pemantauan berkelanjutan. Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (PROLANIS) dilaksanakan di pelayanan kesehatan primer Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kontrol klinis pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan karakteristik peserta dan kepatuhan kunjungan PROLANIS dengan outcome klinis peserta BPJS tahun 2023-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kohort retrospektif dengan data sekunder rekam medis peserta PROLANIS di Klinik X. Karakteristik peserta meliputi usia, jenis kelamin dan lama penyakit. Kepatuhan dihitung dari proporsi kehadiran terhadap kunjungan terjadwal. Outcome klinis meliputi gula darah puasa dan tekanan darah. Analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, korelasi Spearman, Friedman, dan Wilcoxon. Data didominasi observasi hipertensi (62,4%), perempuan (81,3%), usia >60 tahun (70,9%), lama penyakit >5 tahun (94,5%), kategori patuh (54,1%), dan outcome klinis terkontrol (87,5%). Kepatuhan berhubungan signifikan dengan gula darah puasa (r=0,136; p=0,000), tekanan darah sistolik (r=-0,171; p=0,000), dan tekanan darah diastolik (r=0,188; p=0,000). Uji longitudinal menunjukkan tidak terdapat perubahan signifikan gula darah puasa maupun tekanan darah tahun 2023-2025. Kepatuhan PROLANIS berhubungan dengan outcome klinis meskipun kekuatan korelasi sangat lemah.
