Withdrawal of Manuscripts

The author is not permitted to withdraw the submitted manuscripts because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources the editors and referees spent a great deal of time editing the submitted manuscript money and works which the publisher has spent.
If author also demands that his / her manuscript be removed while the manuscript is still in the peer review process

The author shall be disciplined with paying $10 per manuscript, as punishment for withdrawal from the publisher. Nevertheless, if published by another journal it is illegal to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal. Once the manuscript is approved for publication the deletion of the manuscript would be punished by charging US$ 20 per manuscript. The withdrawal of manuscript is only allowed after the Publisher has been paid the withdrawal penalty in full.

Unless the author will not consent to pay the fine, the author will be blacklisted for publication in this journal and his / her affiliation would. He will also delete his / her previously published papers from our online network.
