Comparison of Community Satisfaction with Health Services at Accredited Health Centers in North Sumatra

Abstract

Community Health Centers must be managed properly and be able to carry out their functions optimally starting from the resources used, service processes to service performance. Thus, producing health services that are safe and of good quality, and according to the needs of the community. This study aims to determine the relationship between community satisfaction with health services at accredited health centers in North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The results of the statistical test with the t test conducted by the researcher showed a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05) so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, this means that there is a comparison between the level of community satisfaction and the accreditation of the puskesmas. From research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between community satisfaction with health services at Accredited Health Centers in North Sumatra. It is hoped that the puskesmas that have received accreditation will continue to maintain their quality.
